Project Scope & Timeline
This project started with a brief from the client’s marketing and facilities teams they needed visually dominant communication tool that could withstand Singapore’s climate while standing out on a busy road facing IKEA and Giant who are all located at Tampines Retail Park.
IKEA Tampines has a full-format store with a large warehouse, spanning 400,000 to 410,000 square feet. Giant Hypermarket in Tampines is also a large store, possibly the biggest in Singapore. COURTS Megastore is also located in the same retail park. Due to accessibility constraints, most visitors will come by cars, taxis, shuttle buses and will travel between at least 2 of the 3 retailers here!
We began with an on-site inspection and technical survey to assess the mounting conditions and façade surface. Next, we worked closely with their creative team to align the banner size and resolution with their artwork needs.
Once the visual and technical approvals were in place, we moved into production and scheduled installation planning the on-site works to avoid store disruption.

Materials & Technical Specifications
We used:
- 720gsm Printed PVC front-lit banner for optimal durability and color retention
- UV-resistant ink to preserve brightness under constant sun
- Welded edges and reinforced eyelets for wind load performance
- Modular scaffold and rope access systems for safe, high-level mounting
